How to use Saliva Collection Kit

1. 30 minutes before collecting a saliva sample, please rinse off the debris in the oral cavity with drinking water.
2. Use the tip of your tongue against the root of the upper or lower jaw to enrich the saliva, and gently spit the saliva into the collecting funnel until the liquid saliva (non-bubble) reaches the height of the 2ml graduation line. We produce quality Saliva Collection Kit products!
3. Hold the saliva collection tube in an upright position. Use the other hand to help unscrew the red cap of the saliva preservation solution.
4. Pour the saliva preservation liquid slowly into the mouth of the collection funnel, and keep it upright so that the saliva preservation liquid can completely flow into the collection tube.
5. Keep the collection tube upright, and carefully unscrew the collection tube from the collection funnel.
6. Tighten the collection tube with the small red cap of the saliva preservation tube.
7. Turn the collection tube upside down 5 times to mix the saliva and the saliva preservation solution thoroughly. Discard the used collection funnel and saliva protection
