How to clean the microscope

2021-09-28

(1) Moisture proof of the microscope if the room is wet, the optical lens is easy to mold and fog. Once the lens is moldy, it is difficult to remove it. Because it is inconvenient to wipe the lens inside the microscope, humidity is more harmful to it. Mechanical parts are easy to rust when they are damp. In order to prevent moisture, when storing the microscope, in addition to choosing a dry room, the storage place should also be away from the wall, the ground and the wet source. 1 ~ 2 bags of silica gel shall be placed in the microscope box as desiccant. And often bake the silica gel. After the color turns pink, it should be baked in time and continue to be used after baking.

(2) Dust falling on the surface of dust-proof optical elements will not only affect the passage of light, but also generate large stains after amplification by the optical system, affecting observation. Dust and sand falling into the mechanical part will also increase wear, cause movement obstruction and do great harm. Therefore, the microscope must always be kept clean.

(3) The anti-corrosion microscope cannot be placed with corrosive chemical reagents. Such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, strong base, etc.

(4) The purpose of heat protection is to avoid the opening and falling off of lenses caused by thermal expansion and cold contraction.

(5) Do not touch sharp objects, such as nails, needles, etc.

(6) Non relevant personnel are not allowed to use it at will.
